Charming location near the cruise port made getting to my ship super easy. The room had a clean feel, and quality air conditioning kept the space comfortable. I particularly loved the breakfast, with fresh pastries and good coffee. The shower size was a bit of a letdown. It felt cramped and was hard to maneuver in. I also noticed some old furnishings that could use updating. My experience with staff was mostly positive, but I encountered one individual at checkout who seemed bothered by my request for feedback. Access to local dining options was great, but some areas of the hotel could benefit from a little more attention to detail.

The service is exceptional, includes convenient parking. The building is very convenient, the room is a nice size. It has top-class, attentive stuff. It is in best possible and absolutely ideal location to Piazza Leandra, set just close to the hotel...

Fairly clean place, friendly service, amazingly nice staff. Good sized and beautiful room, good view of the sea. Appetising coffee and cereal in the morning.

Easy walk to the shuttle bus (literally right across the street!) and the service was fantastic (seriously, Giuseppe went out of his way to help us!). Clean room with a decent bathroom.

the breakfast was nice, the check in was efficient. the room was spotless and outstanding, had a balcony, a terrace, and a writing table.

The tiny shower was utterly ridiculous, not sure how anyone could fit in there! I also noticed how the staff acted like they were doing me a favor rather than providing service. After all, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice, considering the health hazards of the unnatural room spray. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

I booked a triple room to ensure two separate beds (only had two travelers) and when they noticed this upon check-in, they gave us the same room (triple) and reduced the price down to a double room cost! A hotel that will do this without being asked is great. Family run and great for a quick overnight before hopping on a cruise out of Civitavecchia, Italy!
Showers are very tiny - if you are a larger person (width or height) they will be very uncomfortable.

The small elevator may require patience, and the beds were notably firm, which took some getting used to. The helpful staff made our stay pleasant, ensuring we got to the shuttle quickly.

This hotel was charming and very well situated. It is near to the Port for Cruise departurees. If young/ish it is within easy walking distance but with luggage and as the Port for Cruise ships is getting bigger, access is didfficult. Easier with a taxi. 15 euros. Order it early however as we had to wait a little. Hotel Staff were great and we walked to and from the central, promenade activity at night with ease. Recommended and a very pleasant but short stay before joining our Cruise ship.
No complaints. Room large and clean. All necessary facilities provided. It is not 5 star but it is very nice.

private terraces, central location for transport connections, clean standards
Old and worn furnishings could use modern decor!!! Small and cramped shower sizes may detract from comfort!!! Lousy Wi-Fi quality and noisy surroundings lead to disturbances!!!
